Who This Is For

Right now, someone is Googling
your business and finding a competitor.

Nearly 1 in 3 people won't consider a business that has no website. And when someone hears about you, then Googles your name to check you out, finding nothing sends them straight to whoever does show up. That's invisible revenue loss. Here's the fix.

Restaurants & Cafés
Menu, hours, Maps, reservations, bilingual support.
Contractors & Trades
Work gallery, lead form, license display, service area.
Professional Services
Law offices, accountants, consultants. Credibility online.
Salons & Spas
Booking links, service menus, galleries, staff bios.
Nonprofits & Ministries
Mission, programs, donation pathways, events.
Retail & Boutiques
Hours, location, featured products, social feeds.
Creatives & Artists
Portfolio sites, booking pages, press kits.
Medical & Wellness
Appointment booking, provider bios, credible design.
Any Local Business
If you serve Baltimore and don't have a site that works — I can fix that.

Transparent Pricing

More site,
better rate.

A $200 Starter site pays for itself fast. A plumber charges $300 a job — one call covers it. A restaurant that lands one new regular who visits twice a month recoups the cost in days. After that, the site works for free, every day, forever.

The agency alternativeBaltimore agencies charge $4,000–$10,000 for a comparable build, plus ~$1,200/year in maintenance fees. Then they're gone and you're paying someone new every time a button breaks. My biggest builds top out around $1,000. One price. You own it. I'm still here.

The Craftsman's Manifesto

Why hand-coded beats
WordPress every time.

Agency sites are built on bloated platforms loaded with plugins, themes, and monthly fees. Mine aren't. Here's what that means for you.

What you get instead
Sub-1s Load Times
No plugin bloat. No WordPress overhead. Pure HTML, CSS, and minimal JavaScript — the way the web was meant to work.
You Own It Outright — No Exceptions
WordPress and Squarespace hold your site hostage. Cancel your subscription and it disappears. With a hand-coded site, the files are yours permanently. Transfer them anywhere. Give them to any developer. I cannot take them back.
~$10/Year. That's It.
Hosting on GitHub Pages is free. Your only ongoing cost is a domain name — about $10/year, at cost, through Cloudflare, and it never jumps at renewal. Flagship clients get the first year included. Wix runs $204/year and you never own the code.
One Person, Total Accountability
No junior developers, no handoffs to a "dev team." You email me. I fix it. Usually same day.
The Founder's Guarantee
If it's not right, I fix it. No invoice. No debate.
Every site I build ships with a revision round and a 30-day post-launch support window. If something breaks, loads slowly, or doesn't look right on a device — I fix it. That's not a policy. It's a promise from the person who built it.
I don't ship work I'm not proud of. My name is on every site. That's the only quality control that matters.

Live in 48 hours, not 6 weeks
The average agency takes 4–8 weeks to launch a site. Starter sites from Lickity Split go live in 48 hours. Every day without a website is a day customers are finding someone else.
One price. You know it upfront.
You know the exact cost before a single line is written. No discovery fees, no hourly billing, no "scope changes." Starter, Business, or Flagship — that's your number, that's the invoice.
76% of local searches end in a visit within a day
76% of people who search for a nearby business on their phone visit one within 24 hours (Google). A site that shows up in search doesn't just build brand awareness — it drives people through your door the same day.

FAQ

Questions answered
before you ask.

Everything you'd want to know about hosting, ownership, timelines, and how this works — answered plainly.

You do. Completely. The code is yours the moment I deliver it. I'll transfer the GitHub repository to your account and you can take it anywhere — a different host, a different developer, whatever you need. There's no platform lock-in, no subscription that holds your site hostage. If we stop working together for any reason, you keep everything.
The Starter site is a single page — no database, no CMS, no build pipeline. Once you send me your photos, logo, and content, I write the HTML and CSS by hand, push it to GitHub, and it's live. The bottleneck is usually waiting for assets, not building. If you send me everything at once, 48 hours is conservative. Multi-page Business and Flagship builds take about a week and two weeks respectively because more pages mean more decisions.
About $10/year. That's it. Hosting is on GitHub Pages — genuinely free, no catch. The only cost is your domain name — about $10/year through Cloudflare, sold at cost with no markup and no renewal hike (WHOIS privacy and DNSSEC included free). Flagship clients get the first year's domain included in the price. Compare that to Wix at $204/year, Squarespace at $192/year, or WordPress hosting at $100+/year — and those platforms charge you forever while you never own the code.
If you already have one, great — I'll connect it. If you don't, I'll help you register one (I'll recommend Cloudflare, about $10/year at cost) and handle the DNS configuration myself. You'll be live on your own domain, not a subdomain like mybiz.squarespace.com. Professional from day one.
Yes, if you know basic HTML — and I can teach you in about 20 minutes. Otherwise, that's exactly what the Care Plan and one-time edits are for. Most business owners find it easier to email me "update my hours" or "swap this photo" than to deal with a CMS. For $25, it's done same day without you touching a file.
You can. Wix runs ~$17/month ($204/year), scores 40–60 on PageSpeed, and you never own the code. A hand-coded Starter costs $200 once, scores 100/100 on PageSpeed, and loads in under a second. After year one, you're ahead financially. After year two, the gap is enormous. And you'll never be held hostage by a platform changing its pricing or shutting down.
I integrate third-party tools that do one job well — OpenTable or Resy for reservations, Square or Stripe for payments, Calendly for bookings. These embed cleanly without bloating the page. For a full e-commerce build, I'll tell you upfront if the scope is beyond what I offer — and point you toward the right solution. I don't take projects I can't deliver well.
For a Starter: your logo (or I'll create a simple wordmark), 3–5 photos, your services list, hours, address, and phone number. That's it. I write the copy, handle the design, and deploy the site. For Business and Flagship builds, we do a brief call first so I understand your customers and what action you want them to take. The whole intake process takes under 30 minutes.

Your competitors have websites.
Now you can too.

Starting at $200 — starter sites go live in as little as 48 hours, larger builds in a week or two. One flat price you know up front, no subscriptions, and you own every file. Let's make your business look as good online as it already is in person.
